Harvard Stem Cell Institute Web Application Interface

Helping Harvard Blood Program researchers effectively identify and analyze genes for improvements in health care.

The Blood Genomics Project for the Harvard Stem Cell Institute is a data-intensive application that allows researchers to create experiments and upload the results through a clean, user-friendly system.  The application can process the results of each experiment and generate a database of genes which can then be analyzed and compared within the same experiment or between different experiments.

The Blood Genomics application allows HSCI researchers to create a database of genes and probes as they have never existed before, drastically improving the way they compile their data and analyze gene information.
