LIMA, the international trade association for the licensing industry, needed a client and content management solution to serve not only as the backbone of their website, but as the infrastructure for their entire organization. Coupled with a complete redesign of their website, 829 Studios delivered a custom CMS that automates countless business processes, allows LIMA to dynamically update website content, and more effectively maintain client accounts.
When we first began the LIMA project, it was clear that their current system for managing clients, event registrations, and website content was completely outdated; lengthy membership applications had to be manually entered into their CMS, credit cards were not automatically processed online, and most of the site could not be updated without the help of a webmaster. Our goal was to automate many standard business processes, give LIMA the tools to create and manage content, and improve their online presence through a combination of SEO strategies. The sum of our efforts helped increase the value of LIMA membership, and allowed the LIMA staff to spend more time recruiting new members.
